We are currently accepting applications for our 2022 Summer Internship Program. The deadline to apply is Sunday, May 29th and we will only be accepting 5 interns for the summer.

The heart of the Garden City Internship program is to come alongside those in the community who have a passion to grow and develop, spiritually, as leaders, and specific to their calling in the Kingdom of God. 

Internship Start Date: 5.31.2022

Internship End Date: 8.14.2022

Requirements & Expectations:

• Weekly Spiritual/Leadership Formation
  
  • Books: A Tale of Three Kings, How God Became King, When Helping Hurts, Bible Project Videos (Go through as many as you can in 3 months)
  • Assessment and spiritual formation plan to be designed first week of internship (Wholeness review, write out testimony, three areas of growth, spiritually, as leaders, personally)
• Garden City Worship Celebrations (serve once a month)
  
  • Hospitality Team, Kids Ministry Team, Parking Team
    
• Consistently Attend A Home Church
  
  • Must attend a Home Church at Garden City during internship
    
• One day a week in the House of Prayer & Worship
  
  • Monday 6am-8am, 12pm-1pm
  • Wednesday 6am-8am, 12pm-1pm
  • Friday 6am-8am, 12pm-1pm
• SERVE DAY
  
  • June 11th 11am-2pm – Wedgewood 
    
• Garden City Fellowship Event
  
  • June 17th Kickball Fellowship Event
    
• EDEN CENTER EVENT/Fair Chance Hiring Workshop

• Attend/Help Prepare for Summer Equipping Schools

• Unified Worship Evangelism Event (help plan, organize & execute)

  • Monday nights at 6:30pm-8:30pm (1 time a month)
    
• Healing and Deliverance Services
  
  • Attend at least one during internship between Jun-Aug
    
• End of Internship Presentation & Celebration (Wed. August 10th 12pm-2pm)
  
  • Discuss the benefits, the transformation, the overall experience of the internship and ideas to improve it for the future! Present to the Garden City Leadership team.
