Baptism Sunday

Our next Baptisms will take place Sunday, April 19th during the 11am service.
Mark 1:4, Acts 2:38, Acts 19:4 – The purpose of baptism is not only to publicly display repentance and faith in Christ, but more so that one may enter into the power of His death and resurrection. The blood of Jesus alone cleanses us from all sin ( Hebrews 9:14, 1 John 1:7), baptism does not do that. There is, however, a great power in baptism for those who are born again. It produces freedom from things related to our old life, and allows us to stand before God with a good conscience (1 Peter 3:18-22).
