School of Prayer & Worship

Our 7-week School of Prayer and Worship will launch on Wednesday, March 25th. Each week class will take place in person from 6:30p-8:30pm at Garden City in the sanctuary.

This course is ultimately designed to ignite and strengthen our desire to establish prayer and worship in the earth.

Weekly teachings and prayer times will coincide with reading assignments from the book “With Christ in the School of Prayer” by Andrew Murray and “David’s Tabernacle” by Matthew Lilley. We are asking students to purchase each book from Amazon.

• Session 1 – Wed. March 25th :
  What is prayer? How did Jesus model prayer (fasting)? Why should I pray?
• Session 2 – Wed. April 1st :
  Why should I pray the scriptures? Why Should I pray in the Spirit?
• Session 3 – SIMPLY JESUS 50 HOURS
  
• Session 4 – Wed.  April 15th :
  What is harp and bowl (worship and prayer)? Prayer and the return of the Lord (Praying for Israel).
• Session 5 – Wed. April 22nd :
  What is the House of Prayer (Tabernacle of David)? Why does corporate prayer matter? How to discover our identity in prayer individually?
• Session 6 – Wed. April 29th :
  Cultivating intimacy in prayer. Jesus is the reward of prayer.
• Session 7 – Wed. May 6th :
  The Great Commission & The Great Commandment
• TRAINING DAY – Sat. May 9th 10am-12pm
• REGIONAL PRAYER WORKSHOP – Friday May 15th – Saturday May 16th
