2025 Leaders Advance Program
October 1 - November 19
GCC LEADERS ADVANCE PROGRAM (LAP) is an 8-week program led by Pastor Gerald, Garden City leaders and guest instructors. The program will include leadership development, learning the GCC culture and theological development with the purpose of raising up volunteer leaders to step into new roles to support the church!
The program will start Wednesday, October 1st at 6:30pm and run through Wednesday, November 19th. The program will take place in-person on Wednesday evenings at Garden City for 8 weeks.
After the program is complete, you will have the opportunity to apply for a volunteer leadership role that will include a one year commitment.
Opportunities to shadow existing ministry leaders during the program will be provided based upon your individual schedule.
Available positions for this year’s program include (but may not be limited to):
- MAPS Global Coordinator
- Training Team (Internship, LAP & Schools) Coordinator
- Children’s Ministry Coordinator
- Food & Clothing Pantry Coordinator
- Disciple Making Team (Home Church, Community Groups, Baptisms & Foundations) Coordinator
- Media Team Ministry Leader
- Youth Ministry Leader or Coordinator
- Antioch House of Prayer Coordinator
- GCC East Ministry Leader or Coordinator
